At Ladyloucollection, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During busy periods, holidays, or sales campaigns, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. In some cases, free shipping may be available for selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided where available.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Claims may require a reasonable waiting period before a replacement or refund can be issued. but we will work it out and keep the customer happy.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders in some countries, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. if there is any problem with that feel free to contact us.
